Rootora stands for honest fruit with provenance. Here you'll learn where our varieties come from and how we work.

Our origin

Our fruit grows in the sunny growing regions of Türkiye – an area with a long tradition of fruit cultivation. We rely on a ripe harvest and short distances from the fruit to gentle drying.

Note: Specific growing regions, partner farms and real images will be added here as soon as they're available. This transparency is our most important trust signal – we fill it with real content, not platitudes.

Why freeze-drying?

In freeze-drying, the water is removed from the fruit under cold and vacuum. This largely preserves colour, shape and aroma – without additives. We explain exactly how this works on the page “How freeze-drying works”.
