    Ripe fruit is selected directly on site at the growers in Türkiye.

    Flash-frozen

    Freshly harvested, the fruit is deep-frozen — the water inside turns to ice.

    Water removed

    In a vacuum the ice turns straight into vapour (sublimation) — gently, with no heat at all.

    Character preserved

    The fruit keeps its aroma, colour and texture — without additives.

    Ready to snack

    Light and crisp — pure, in muesli or for baking.

Why does it keep so long?

Spoilage needs water: without residual moisture, the microorganisms that spoil food cannot grow. Packed air- and light-tight, freeze-dried fruit therefore stays crisp and aromatic for a long time — entirely without preservatives.
