What is freeze-dried fruit?
Freeze-dried fruit is real fruit from which the water has been removed under cold and vacuum. Shape, colour and aroma are largely preserved, and the fruit becomes light and crisp – without additives.
Does it contain sugar or any additives?
No. Our varieties consist of 100% of the respective fruit. No sugar is added. Fruit naturally contains sugar – you'll find the exact values in the product's nutrition table.
Where does the fruit come from?
Our fruit comes from the sunny growing regions of Türkiye. We harvest it ripe and dry it gently by freeze-drying. Its origin is part of our quality promise.
How long does the fruit keep and how do I store it?
Store dry and protected from light, and reseal the bag well after opening. The exact best-before date is on the packaging.
How can I use freeze-dried fruit?
On its own as a snack, in muesli, yoghurt or porridge, for baking, in tea and water or as a fruity decoration. Their crispness makes them very versatile.
Is the fruit vegan and gluten-free?
Our products consist solely of fruit and contain no animal ingredients and no gluten-containing grains. You'll find allergen information on each product page and on the packaging.
How do shipping and delivery work?
We ship within Germany. You'll find shipping costs and delivery times on the "Shipping & Payment" page. Above a certain order value we deliver free of shipping charges.
